Our role is to assist and advise the Board of Directors to implement their decisions within the policies and guidelines set by the Board for a successful homeowner’s association.
- Perform Site Inspections on a regular basis.
- Report violations of Covenants to Board and give Notice to Responsible Owner.
- Bidding and Contracting for Services of Common Areas.
- Arranging for Maintenance.
- Responding to Emergencies.
- Preparation of an Annual Management Plan.
- Maintaining Association’s Records.
- Organizing and preparing materials for Association and Board meetings.
- Attending Annual and Monthly Meetings.
- Providing Advice and Guidance to the Board and to the Community Association.
- Preparation of Annual Budget.
- Assessment Collection and Delinquency Action.
- Manage Association assets and bank account(s).
- Maintenance of Association’s Fiscal Records.
- Preparation of regularly scheduled financial statements and reports.
- Preparation of Amendments to Association documents.
- Preparation of Covenant Violation Notification.
- Preparation and filing of Liens and Cancellations.
- Guide and advise the Association on Policy Issues.
- Dealing with and assisting sellers and prospective buyers.
- Dispute resolution/rule enforcement.
