Our role is to assist and advise the Board of Directors to implement their decisions within the policies and guidelines set by the Board for a successful homeowner’s association.

Area Maintenance

  • Perform Site Inspections on a regular basis.
  • Report violations of Covenants to Board and give Notice to Responsible Owner.
  • Bidding and Contracting for Services of Common Areas.
  • Arranging for Maintenance.
  • Responding to Emergencies.

Administrative Services

  • Preparation of an Annual Management Plan.
  • Maintaining Association’s Records.
  • Organizing and preparing materials for Association and Board meetings.
  • Attending Annual and Monthly Meetings.
  • Providing Advice and Guidance to the Board and to the Community Association.

Fiscal Services

  • Preparation of Annual Budget.
  • Assessment Collection and Delinquency Action.
  • Manage Association assets and bank account(s).
  • Maintenance of Association’s Fiscal Records.
  • Preparation of regularly scheduled financial statements and reports.

  • Preparation of Amendments to Association documents.
  • Preparation of Covenant Violation Notification.
  • Preparation and filing of Liens and Cancellations.
  • Guide and advise the Association on Policy Issues.
